INSURANCE AND OFFICE FINANCIAL AGREEMENTS

Ours is a private, fee-for service practice.

We can submit your dental insurance claims and any supporting information to your dental insurance company. Dental Insurance plans are a contract between you and the insurance company. In our practice there are over 150 different plans with different coverage's.

In order to make available to our patients the most current technology and types of services, we are a member of the Delta Dental Premier Plan, CIGNA PPO Plan, and Humana PPO Plan and will gladly file these and any other insurance plans you may be a part of.

Our goal is to make available the best modern dentistry you want.

We do offer a medical payment plan from Care Credit to established patients which allows for 0% interest, up to 12 months. Click this link to learn more: www.carecredit.com

We also offer another payment option with Advance Care Dental. This is a Pen Fed Care Platinum Reward Visa Credit Card that allows you to have 0% interest for 6 months and if the balance is not paid at that point, you pay a special interest rate on the balance each month.
